25/26

The Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia 2025–2026 Season highlights classical gems from Mendelssohn, Mozart, and Beethoven. This is classical music at its finest—quintessential chamber orchestra repertoire, featuring the music our audiences love to hear.

Led by Music Director David Hayes, the Chamber Orchestra brings a distinct intimacy and immediacy to each performance, offering audiences a closer connection to the music. This season balances Hayes’ historical authenticity with fresh interpretations, making every performance impactful and exciting. Additionally, the season will feature new works by living composers, perfectly balancing timeless classics with fresh, contemporary voices. A leitmotif throughout the season includes the Italian Concerto Grosso and its influence, spanning from Bach’s Brandenburg to the works of Schnittke. The Chamber Orchestra welcome, three soloists who will perform and lead this season—Artistic Advisor and violinist, Francisco Fullana, Reginald Mobley, countertenor, and Judith Ingolfsson, violinist. These conductor-less concerts have become a hallmark of the Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia.

Join us for the 2025-2026 season at the Perelman Theater, our summer concerts at Stoneleigh: A Natural Garden and Bartram’s Garden; and, new this year, performances at Goodhart Hall at Bryn Mawr College
