Mozart Violin Concerto No. 5 in A Major, K. 219

Mozart Sinfonia Concertante in E-flat Major, K. 364

Francisco Fullana leads the Chamber Orchestra in this all-Mozart program featuring gems from the composer’s violin collection. Hailed as a “rising star” (BBC Music Magazine), whose playing is “electric and virtuosic” (The Strad), Fullana performs Concerto No. 3 in G-Major, Concerto No. 5 in A Major, and the sumptuous Sinfonia Concertante in E-Flat Major for violin and viola, performed with our Principal Violist, Mary Yong.

Francisco Fullana made his electrifying debut with the Chamber Orchestra in 2019, performing Beethoven’s devilishly difficult Violin Concerto to a sold-out crowd. More recently, he captivated listeners with dynamic interpretations of The Four Seasons, presenting uniquely inspired versions of the work by Vivaldi, Francisco Fullana Piazzolla, Glass, and Richter.
