Evan Williams  A Little Mass for Christmas

Steven R. Gerber Composer-in-Residence Evan Williams conducts the world premiere of his Baroque and Medieval-inspired “A Little Mass for Christmas.” Countertenor Reginald Mobley leads a chorus of voices in this intimate interpretation of ancient text and musical tradition and features alongside soprano Sage DeAgro-Ruopp as soloist in Vivaldi’s Gloria in D Major, RV 589.

The second of three performances is on Saturday, December 16th is at Esperanza Arts Center and tickets can be purchased online through ShowClix.


This performance is part of “Recomposing the Past: An African American Perspective” and has been supported by The Pew Center for Arts & Heritage
