Simon Shaheen makes his Chamber Orchestra debut under the direction of Maestro Dirk Brossé.

A prominent Oud player of Western and Middle Eastern influence, Shaheen brings his own Concerto in C minor for Oud alongside Mozart’s “Linz” Symphony and Saint-Saëns breathtaking “Bacchanale” from Samson and Delilah newly orchestrated for Chamber Orchestra by COP/ACF’s Steven R. Gerber Composer-in-Residence Andrea Clearfield.

Mozart, Shaheen, and Clearfield bring an amazing end to our season celebration of the human spirit.
